Our Exchange and Refund Guarantee

We offer a simple returns guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the shapewear you have ordered, we will exchange it for a different size, colour or product, or give you a full refund within 60 days of you receiving your order. This is providing you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Please ensure that all shapewear is tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item where these provisos have not been followed.

This guarantee does not cover tights, maternity shapewear and items that have a sticky backing. Items NOT covered by this guarantee are labelled as NOT RETURABLE on our product page and are labelled on the packaging too.

How To Send Your Goods Back To Us

To return the goods to us please package them carefully (do not use additional sellotape, glue or staples on the product or packaging), pre-pay the postage costs, and include either the original invoice with details of what you require (ie a refund or exchange), or a note with your name, address, date of purchase and details of what you require.

If you require an exchange for an item that is lower in value than your original purchase, we will refund the difference back to your original method of payment. If it is higher in value, please either send us a cheque made payable to Shapewear Guru, or request an electronic invoice. We cannot automatically charge your original card as we never see your card details.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method of postage. This means we can still process your request in the event the item goes missing in the post. If the exchange or refund is a result of our error, we will refund you your postage costs up to the value of £3.00.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request an exchange for the returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All exchanges are posted via standard delivery. Express delivery may be requested at the time of the exchange for which an electronic invoice will be emailed to you for the cost of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt, although usually you will receive them much sooner. You will be notified via an email from paypal once your return is completed. Refunds will only be given in same form of payment as the original purchase.
