Please enter your billing address, email address (for your confirmations to be sent to) and a phone number we can contact you on.

If you wish your goods to be shipped to a different address to the billing address, please add this here.

Please check that your order is correct in YOUR ORDER box and click PLACE ORDER.

You will then be transferred to PAYPAL to complete your payment. Please do note that you do not need to have a paypal account to process your order. You can use your debit or credit card.

Once your payment has been processed you will receive an email confirming that your order is in process.

You will receive a further email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

Please do note that we do not current ship to non-UK addresses.

Orders placed by 1pm Monday – Friday will be packed and posted the same day unless otherwise indicated on our home page. This is subject to payment authorisation (completion into our paypal account) and stock availability.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dealt with the following working day.

We post all items by ROYAL MAIL which takes approximately 3-5 working days to arrive. Items do often arrive much sooner than this, but at the moment this is not guaranteed.

Please check with your local Royal Mail depot. Your postman should leave a “while you were out” card if you were not in for delivery. However, this is not always done and so items can be there waiting for you.

If it is not at your local Royal Mail depot, please contact us with full details of your order and we will sort it out for you.

If you are contacting us to ask us for shapewear recommendations, please can you include as much information as possible about your figure (UK dress size, weight, height and measurements) and/or outfit (backless, strapless, silky fabric etc).

We will try to respond to your emails as quickly as possible. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We periodically check our emails out of these hours but this can not always be guaranteed.

If you do not receive a confirmation email or a reply from us please check your junk/bulk folder or spam filter. It could be that our email has been blocked by your email server.
Also, please check that you have entered your email address correctly as this will stop our replies from reaching you.
